본 연구는 의료환경의 변화와 노령화 되어가는 현실에서 많은 윤리문제가 발생하는 현실에서 간호대학생의 생명의료윤리에 대한 의식 정도를 파악하여 생명의료윤리 의식을 고취시킬 수 있는 교육 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 시행되었다. 자료수집은 2013년 4월 1일부터 6월 30일까지 부산에 소재한 일개 대학교 간호학과 학생 181명을 대상에게 연구에 대하여 설명한 후 동의한 학생을 대상으로 하였다. 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN(Ver. 21.0)을 이용하여 일반적 특성 및 생명의료윤리의식 점수는 기술통계로 하였고 측정한 변수간의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 생명의료윤리의식 총점은 136.14점으로 평균 평점은 2.78±0.24점이었으며 범주별로는 신생아 생명권 영역이 3.23±0.51점으로 가장 높았고, 뇌사 영역이 2.26±0.35점으로 가장 낮았다. 종교와 생명의료윤리 의식과는 유의한 순상관이 있었다. 결과를 근거로 간호대학생의 생명의료 윤리를 고취시킬 교육개발이 필요하다.
Abstract
The reserch was aimed to investigate going to change in the environment and health in an aging reality that many ethical problems occurring in real life To determine the degree of awareness about bio-medical ethics of the nursing students was conducted to provide a basis for the development of education that can onsciousness of biomedical ethics. Data collection from April 1, 2013 June 30 were enrolled in one university nursing department 181 students, based in Busan. Data were analyzed using descriptive stastics, Pearson's correlation coefficients with SPSS WIN(Ver.21.0). Biomedical research ethics score of the nursing students is 136.14 2.78 ± 0.24 points average rating in that category newborn right to life was 3.23 ± 0.51 points in the region is the highest, the lowest in brain death category is 2.26 ± 0.35 points. Religion and biomedical ethics and has had a significant correlation net. Based on the results, there is a need for education to encourage the development of biomedical ethics of the nursing students.
