치과위생사의 일반적 특성에 따른 직무만족도

초록

본 연구는 현재 임상에서 치과위생사들의 업무실태를 파악하고 직무만족도와 직무에 관련된 요인들을 분석하고 업무수행에 따른 직무만족을 분석하여 조직의 효율성을 극대화 시키고 직무만족을 향상시키기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시행되었다. 2015년 6월1일부터 8월30일까지 부산, 경남지역 치과 병·의원에 근무하는 치과위생사를 대상으로 설문조사 하였고, 자료처리에 부적합한 13명을 제외한 150명의 자료를 최종분석에 이용하였다. 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 평균 표준편차, t-검정, One way ANOVA, pearson's 상관분석을 실시하였다. 구강보건교육은 직무만족도 하위요소 직업적긍지(r=0.346, p<0.01), 업무능력(r=0.364, p<0.01), 근무환경(r=0.216, p<0.01), 보상(r=0.253, p<0.01), 동료와의관계(r=0.202, p<0.05), 환자와의 관계(r=0.205, p<0.05) 모두가 높아지는 연관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 치료중심에서 예방중심으로 변화하는 의료환경에 맞게 치과위생사의 역할도 협조의 업무에만 치중하지 않고 예방치과처치의 업무와 구강보건업무의 비중을 확대시켜야 할 필요성이 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to provide the basic data for maximizing efficiency of the organization and improving job satisfaction to identifying the work status of the dental hygienist and analyze the factors related to job satisfaction and job. a survey was conducted starting June 1 through to August 30, 2015. The subjects of this study were dental hygienists employed in dental hospitals and clinics in the Busan and Gyeongnam area. We utilized the data of 150 people, excluding 13 non-applicable persons, for the data processing and final analysis. Data analysis was conducted with SPSS 20.0 for frequency statistics analysis, average standard deviation, t-test, One way ANOVA and pearson's correlations analysis. It was shown that the higher fulfillment of oral health education a job performance factors career(r=0.346, p<0.01), ability to work(r=0.364, p<0.01), working environment(r=0.216, p<0.01), pay(r=0.253, p<0.01), colleague relation(r=0.202, p<0.05), patient relation(r=0.205, p<0.05) had a correlation to a number of factors. The role of dental hygienist is considered to be an expanding work sector(parts) within(to) oral health education and preventive dental treatment, and the results of this study prove that greater job satisfaction is to be found in these working environments.
