본 연구는 치과 임플란트의 시술과 상부 보철물과 치료만족감의 관련성을 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 치과 임플란트의 시술 및 상부보철물과 관련한 치료만족감에 대한 치료 만족감을 조사하기 위하여 대구·경북 9개, 경남 1개 등 총 10개의 치과 의료기관을 대상으로 편의 추출하였다. 조사기간은 2014년 9월 22일부터 10월 17일까지 10개의 치과 의료기관에서 치과 임플란트 시술을 받은 환자를 대상으로 치과 임플란트의 시술 및 상부보철물과 관련한 치료만족감에 대한 면접조사를 실시하였으며, 총 190명의 자료를 분석하였다. 치료만족감의 분석 결과, 현재 치과 의료기관에서 행해지고 있는 치과 임플란트의 시술과 치과보철물의 치료는 환자의 치료 만족감을 충분히 고려하지 않고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 수요자의 만족요인에 부합할 수 있는 치과 임플란트 환자의 개별 맞춤형 진료 기준이 필요할 것으로 생각된다. 또한, 의료진과 환자의 입장을 고려한 합리적이며 신중한 선택을 통한 양질의 치과 임플란트 제공에 효율적인 방안과 제도적 접근이 필요하다고 생각된다.
Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the relationship between satisfaction on dental implant procedures and upper prosthesis. This study is intended for convenience and extracted with a total of 10 dental hospitals, including nine Daegu·Gyeongsangbuk-do, Gyeongsangnam-do one to investigate the treatment of satisfaction for the treatment of satisfaction regarding the procedures and dental implants in the upper prosthesis. Investigation period was conducted interviews for the treatment of satisfaction regarding the procedures and upper restorations of dental implants in patients receiving dental implants in 10 dental institutions from September 2014 22 to 17 October, a total of 190 who analyzed the data. Based on the analysis, patients did not sufficiently consider the satisfaction between dental implant procedures and upper prosthesis procedures. Therefore, in order for patients to have a satisfactory experience, personalized treatments should be considered for every patients. In addition, the medical staff should provide a reasonable dental implant choices for the patients. Efficient measures and institutional approach was also thought to be necessary.
