본 연구의 목적은 한국직업정보시스템(KNOW)의 이용자 사용성 평가를 통해 직업의 정확한 정보를 얻을 수 있도록 개선방안을 모색하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 현장 전문가들의 관점을 중심으로 워크넷의 사용성 평가기법을 활용하여 사용자 측면에서 개선사항을 도출하였다. 크게 세 가지 측면에서 나누어 정리해보면, KNOW의 사용성을 정보효율성, 전달효과성, KNOW 만족도로 나누어 살펴보았다. 개선방안으로는 빠르게 변화하는 직업세계 등을 반영하기 위해 신종직업에 대한 조사가 이루어져야 할 것이며, 직업정보의 신뢰도를 높이기 위해 재직자 표본을 확대할 필요성이 제기되었다. 현실감 있는 정보의 반영을 요구하였으며, 맞춤형 일자리에 대한 정보를 제시해 주는 서비스에 대해 아쉬워하였다. 성공적인 정보시스템의 구축 및 운영은 이용자에 대한 이해로부터 시작한다. 이용자가 구직자뿐만 아니라 고용센터 담당자의 활용도 제고를 위해 직업정보시스템 활용 교육을 강화가 필요하다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the usability through the Korea Occupational Information System(KNOW) seeking improvements so that users can receive variety and accurate career and employment information. By utilizing the usability evaluation method to achieve the objectives of the research, we interviewed job seekers and employers to examined the problems of KNOW based on Usability testing of the questionnaire items derived from the professional experts. We looked Usability Evaluation of KNOW defined by ISO, into the effectiveness(information efficiency), effectiveness(information efficiency), Satisfaction(satisfaction of KNOW) and satisfaction (satisfaction KNOW) side. Improvements plan will be made in the investigation of the new job to reflect the rapidly changing world of work etc, the need arose to expand the incumbent samples in order to increase the reliability of the job information. It was required to reflect the reality that information is needed services to present information on custom jobs. Successful construction and operation information system starts from the understanding of the user. Users are required to strengthen vocational education utilizing information systems to enhance the utilization of the employment center staff as well as job seekers.
