본 연구에서는 다문화가정 어머니들의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 부부관계만족도, 남편의 양육참여도, 양육스트레스를 살펴보고, 부부관계만족도와 남편의 양육참여도가 양육스트레스에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 전라북도 W군에 거주하는 다문화가정 어머니를 대상으로 W군 평생교육협의회 조사원이 다문화가정 어머니를 일대일로 대면하여 설문에 응답하도록 하는 방식으로 진행되었다. 본 연구에서 사용된 연구 도구는 양육스트레스. 부부관계만족도, 남편의 양육참여도의 3가지 척도를 사용하였다. 연구결과 부부간의 연령 및 언어 차이로 인해 남편의 양육참여도와 부부관계만족도가 낮을 것이라는 예상과는 달리, 남편의 양육참여도와 부부관계만족도가 높게 나타났으며, 다문화가정 어머니의 양육스트레스에 영향을 주는 요인은 부부관계만족도로 나타나 부부관계만족도가 낮을수록 양육스트레스가 높게 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 영유아기 자녀를 둔 다문화가정 어머니를 위한 건전한 양육환경 조성과 다문화여성을 위한 프로그램 마련의 기초자료로 제시하고자 한다.
Abstract
This study aims to understand the satisfaction with marital relation, husband's participation in childcare, and parenting stress of mothers from multicultural families in accordance with the sociodemographic characteristics, and also to examine the influence of satisfaction with marital relation and husband's participation in childcare on parenting stress. A researcher of W-gun Lifelong Education Council conducted the one-to-one face-to-face survey with mothers from multicultural families residing in W-gun, Jeollabuk-do. This study used three scales like parenting stress, satisfaction with marital relation, and husband's participation in childcare. In the results of the study, their husbands' participation in childcare, satisfaction with marital relation were much higher than the expectation that their would be low due to differences in age and language between husband and wife. The lower the degree of satisfaction with the marital relationship of the mother of multicultural families, the higher the parenting stress.
