소아정신건강의학과 내원 아동의 내재화, 외현화 장애 수준과 사회기술의 관계에서 아버지 양육태도의 조절효과
Relationship Between Patients’ Internalizing, Externalizing Disorder and Social Skill in Child Psychiatry: Moderating Perceived Father’s Parenting Style

본 연구는 아동의 내재화, 외현화 장애와 사회기술 간의 관계에서 아버지의 통제적 양육태도의 조절효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구에는 소아정신건강의학과에 내원하여 진단을 받은 42명의 임상군 아동과 아버지를 대상으로 연구가 이루어졌고 주요 분석방법은 위계적 회귀분석이 사용되었다. 임상군 아동의 다양한 진단을 범주화하기 위해 아버지들 작성한 CBCL 6-18을 근거로 하여 장애군을 내재화, 외현화 장애, 내-외 혼재 장애와 기존 연구에 따라 ADHD 4종류로 분류하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 외현화 장애와 사회기술과의 관계에서 통제적 양육태도가 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 외현화 장애의 한 종류인 ADHD와 사회기술과의 관계에서 통제적 양육태도가 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 내재화 장애와 내-외 혼재 장애의 경우 사회기술과의 관계에서 통제적 양육태도의 조절효과는 유의하지 않았다. 이러한 결과를 근거로 임상군 아동의 치료 및 부모교육에서 어떠한 함의를 가지는지에 대해 논의하였다.
Abstract
This paper examined moderating effects of fathers’ parenting style(control) on the relation between patients’internalizing, externalizing disorder in Child Psychiatry and patients’social skill. Methods: A sample of 42 patients completed self-report measures of fathers’ parenting style, social skill. And their parents answer CBCL 6-18 for assorting internalizing, externalizing disorder, internalizing-externalizing mixed disorder(mixed type disorder) and ADHD, Result: Internalizing, externalizing disorder had a negative relation with social skill and fathers’ parenting style(control) had a negative relation with social skill. The result of clinical group from multiple analysis suggested that control parenting style moderated the effect of externalizing disorder on social skill. Also control parenting style moderated the effect of ADHD as a sort of externalizing disorder on social skill. Conclusion: Externalizing disorder patients’ fathers use more autonomy parenting style than control parenting style. So patients have better social skill, better social skill can make better relationship with their friends and better relationship can support patients from their stress or problems and also that process will help patients’recovery.
