어머니 양육스트레스 및 양육태도가 영유아 스마트기기 과몰입에 미치는 영향: 어머니 스마트 기기 과몰입 매개변수를 중심으로

최근 정보통신기술의 발달로 한국의 스마트 기기 이용자 수는 급속도로 증가하였으며, 대부분의 가정에서 스마트 기기를 보유하고 이용하고 있다. 부모의 스마트기기 사용과 양육 태도에 따라 영유아의 스마트 기기 이용도 비약적으로 확산되었고 그로 인한 여러 가지 부작용도 제기되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 어머니의 양육 스트레스와 양육 태도가 영유아의 스마트 기기 과몰입에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 서울과 경기 지역 교육기관에 재원중인 영유아의 주양육자를 대상으로 두 차례 설문조사를 실시하여 총 291명의 설문을 분석하였다. 사회적 참조이론에 기반하여 주 양육자인 어머니의 양육스트레스 및 양육태도와 어머니 스마트기기 과몰입의 관계를 회귀분석 및 소벨테스트를 이용해 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 어머니 양육스트레스는 어머니 스마트기기 과몰입을 매개변인으로 직-간접적으로 영유아 스마트 기기 과몰입에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 어머니의 긍정적 부정적 양육태도는 어머니 스마트기기 과몰입을 매개변인으로, 직-간접적으로 영유아 스마트기기 과몰입에 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과에 기초하여 어머니 스마트기기 과몰입은 영유아 스마트기기 과몰입의 매개변인으로 영유아 스마트기기 과몰입 예방을 위한 중요한 변수임을 알 수 있었으며, 영유아 스마트기기 과몰입 예방을 위해 영유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니들에게 스마트기기 활용 부모지원이 필요함을 논의하였다.
Abstract
Recently, the number of smart device users in Korea has increased rapidly and and most of them have smart devices in their homes due to the development of ICT(Information and Communication Technology). According to the parents' use of smart devices and parenting attitude, the use of smart devices for child has been widespread and various side effects have been raised. The purpose of this study is to examine the relations between mother's parenting stress and parenting attitude on smart devices dependency in child. The subjects are 291 mother in Seoul, Gyeonggi province. Analysis of data is conducted with SPSS 20.0. The results are as follows. First, there were significantly positive relationships among mother rearing stress, mother rearing attitude, mother smart equipment and children smart equipment. Second, mother smart equipment showed significantly positive variable for children smart equipment. Mother smart equipment that is an important variable for the children smart equipment to the parameter change factors of children smart equipment, support of the use of mother smart equipment to mothers with children prevention and children smart equipment was discussed is necessary.
