애자일 방법론에는 다양한 관행이 있다. 이들은 다양한 배경 조건과 구체적 방법은 다르지만 변화하는 환경과 요구사항에 따라 보다 신속하고 자유롭게 수용이 가능해 프로젝트의 성공률을 높일 수 있다. 때문에 애자일 개발 방법의 특징을 오픈소스 개발 프로세스에 적용하여 오픈소스 프로젝트를 성공으로 이끌 수 있도록 하는 것은 의미가 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 오픈소스 애자일 실천 관행 중 ‘테스트 주도 개발‘이 오픈소스 프로젝트를 성공으로 이끌 수 있음을 보이기 위해 실증적 분석을 실시하였다. DeLone & McLean의 정보시스템 성공모델을 기반으로 오픈소스 프로젝트의 성공에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 연구모형과 가설을 도출했다. 연구를 수행하기 위해 깃허브에 공개된 프로젝트를 대상으로 데이터를 수집하였고, 확인적 요인분석과 PLS 구조방정식으로 검증했다. 이는 오픈소스 프로젝트의 성공, 즉 커뮤니티 성숙도를 높이기 위해 테스트 주도 개발 방법 도입이 필요함이 나타났다.
Abstract
In agile methods, there are many practices. They differ in backgrounds and specific methods. But these can be adopted more quickly and freer depending on the environment and requirements so increase success rate of the project. Thus, it is meaningful to apply agile development methods in developing open-source development processes to lead the open-source project to success. To this end, this paper was carried out empirical analysis to show that the open-source practices of Agile practices "Test Driven Development" can lead to a successful open source project. A research model and hypothesis were developed based on the Information System success model of DeLone & McLean in order to verify the impact on the maturity of community. To prove that this paper used confirmatory factor analysis and PLS structural equation to target the open project from Github. In the future an improved open source software development process will be suggested that based on Agile practices.
