간호대학생의 건강증진행위 영향요인

Influencing Factors on Health Promotion Behavior of Nursing Students

초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 건강증진행위에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료 수집은 2016년 5월 15일부터 2016년 5월 30일까지 G시에 소재한 4년제 대학교 간호학과에 재학 중인 학생 249명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 18.0을 이용하여 서술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관관계, stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 건강상태 지각은 평균 5점 만점에 3.37점, 심리적 안녕감은 5점 만점에 평균 2.67점이었으며, 건강증진행위는 평균 4점 만점에 2.65점이었다. 건강상태지각은 심리적 안녕감 (r=.617, p<.001), 건강증진행위(r=.516,p<.001)와 유의한 정적 상관관계를 나타내었고, 심리적 안녕감은 건강증진행위(r= .677, p<.001)와 유의한 정적상관 관계를 나타내었다. 심리적 안녕감의 하부요인 중 자아수용(β=.359, p<.001), 삶의 목적(β=.224, p=.002), 환경에 대한 통찰력(β=.210, p=.006)이 건강증진행위에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며 총 변수들의 설명력은 50.5%였다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 볼 때 간호대학생의 건강증진행위를 증가시키기 위해 간호대학생이 심리적으로 안녕감을 느끼고 이를 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 교육이 제공되어야 한다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors influencing health promotion behavior in nursing students. The study was conducted on 249 nursing students in G Province between May 15th and May 30th 2016. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regressions. The mean score of perceived health status was 3.37 out of 5. psychological wellbeing was 2.67 out of 5 and health promoting behavior was 2.65 out of 4. There were positive correlations between perceived health status and psychological wellbeing (r=.617, p<.001), and health promoting behavior (r=.516, p<.001), as well as between psychological wellbeing and health promoting behavior (r= .677, p<.001). The significant factors influencing health promoting behavior were self-accepting (β=.359, p<.001), the goal of life (β=.224, p=.002), and insight to into environment (β=.210, p=.006), which are lower factors of psychological wellbeing and explained 50.5% of total variances. Based on these findings, education that make students feel wellbeing psychologically and develop it is necessary for college nursing students in order to promote their health promoting behavior.
