본 연구는 경로당 이용 고령 여성노인의 여가복지 생활경험을 탐구하고자 하였다. 본 연구방법은 Colaizzi의 서술적 현상학에 근거하여 대상자의 인터뷰 내용을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 자료수집은 일개 경로당에서 하였으며, 참여자는 총 10명이었으며, 참여자의 자발적 동의하에 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 Colaizzi의 서술적 현상학적 방법론에 따라 대상자의 진술에서 관심있는 현상의 기술하고 이를 의미있는 문장으로 재진술하여 주제와 범주를 도출하고, 참여자에게 타당성을 확인하였다. 본 연구결과는 86개의 재진술, 32개의 구성된 의미, 16개의 주제, 8개의 주제모음 및 4개의 범주를 도출하였다. 주요 네 범주는 ‘사회생활의 버팀목이 됨’, ‘건강으로의 관심전환’, ‘건강공동체가 되어감’, ‘삶에 대한 자기연민’으로 도출되었다. 본 연구결과는 고령 여성노인의 경로당 생활에서의 경험을 분석한 것에 의의가 있다. 또한 본 연구결과는 고령 여성노인을 위한 경로당의 건강증진 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료로 사용되기를 기대한다.
Abstract
In this paper, This study was to describe the meaning of experiences on welfare leisure activities of old age women. The interview data were collected from old age women in a welfare leisure center and analyzed by using descriptive phenomenology of Colazzi. The procedural steps was that described the phenomenon of interest, collected participants' descriptions of the phenomenon, extracted the meaning of significant statement, organized the meaning into them clusters, wrote exhaustive descriptions and then incorporated data into categories. The result of study was 86 restatements, 32 constructed meanings, 16 themes, 8 theme clusters, and 4 categories. Through analyzing the process, four categories were deduced (Considering for a prop of social life, Turning concerns to health, Becoming a health community, Self compassion about her life). The finding have an understanding that experiences on health promotion of old age women. Futhermore, we hoped that the results would be apply as a fundamental data for health promotion planning.
