제 2형 당뇨병 환자의 자가간호 경험에 대한 현상학적 연구

본 연구는 D광역시 K대학병원에 재원중인 제 2형 당뇨병 환자를 대상으로 대상자의 자가간호 경험의 본질적 구조를 기술하기 위한 서술적 질적 연구이다. 2016년 1월에서 3월까지 내분비 내과 병동에 입원중인 제 2형 당뇨병 환자 6명을 심층면담하였다. 자료의 분석은 현상학적 연구의 Colaizzi 분석방법이 적용되었다. 연구결과, 제 2형 당뇨병 환자의 자가관리 경험은 긍정적 자가간호 경험과 부정적 자가간호 경험으로 범주화되었다. 긍정적 자가간호 경험으로 적극적으로 식이조절함, 적극적으로 운동관리함, 자기통제력이 강화됨, 적극적으로 당뇨합병증 관리함, 가족이 협조적임의 5가지 주제, 부정적 자가간호 경험으로 식이관리방법을 알지 못함, 운동관리방법을 알지 못함, 당뇨합병증에 대해 무관심함, 자기통제력이 상실됨, 가족이 비협조적임의 5가지 주제로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 제 2형 당뇨병환자의 자가간호 경험에 대한 본질적이고 심층적 이해와 대상자의 효과적인 당뇨 관리를 위한 간호중재 개발의 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
This purpose of this study was to describe the essential structure of the lived experience of type II diabetic patients. From January to March 2016, six diabetic patients admitted to endocrine department were in-depth interviewed. Colaizzi analysis of phenomenological research was applied. The meaning of experience of experience of self-care in Type II diabetic patients were identified as two categories, and which were derived from ten theme clusters and twenty seven themes. The two categories were positive self- care experience and negative self- care experience. The ten theme clusters were active dietary control, active exercise management, strengthen self-control, actively manage diabetic complications, families are cooperating with diabetes management and unknowing how to manage diabetes, unknowing know how to manage diabetes exercise, Indifferent to diabetic complications, lack of self-control, families are uncooperating with diabetes management and the results of the this study can be used to understand experience of type II diabetic patients and to attribute development of diabetes management.
