간호학과 학생을 위한 임파워먼트 프로그램이 자기효능감, 대인관계능력에 미치는 적용효과

본 연구는 간호학과 학생을 위한 임파워먼트 프로그램을 적용하여 자기효능감, 대인관계능력과 만족도의 효과를 확인하고자 시도하였다. 연구대상자는 G도 소재 대학의 간호학과 학생 중에 연구의 목적을 이해하고 자발적으로 연구 참여에 동의하여 서명한 자로 하였다. 응답이 누락되거나 불성실한 경우를 제외하고 실험군 29명, 대조군 32명을 대상자로 총 61명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/WIN 21.0 program을 이용하여 대상자의 일반적 특성은 빈도, 백분율, 평균과 표준편차를 이용하였다. 실험군과 대조군의 일반적 특성과 변수인 자기효능감, 대인관계능력의 사전 동질성 검정은 t-test를 이용하여 분석하였다. 임파워먼트 중재 후 실험군의 자기효능감과 만족도는 대조군에 비하여 유의하게 증가하였다. 그러므로 간호학과 학생의 임파워먼트 프로그램의 적용 효과는 자기효능감과 만족도 향상에 적합한 중재 전략인 것으로 나타나 간호 중재 확대의 가능성을 보였다는 데 의의가 있다.
Abstract
This study was done to develop an empowerment program for nursing students on college and identify its application effectiveness on the subjects’ self-efficacy, interpersonal relationship ability and satisfaction. This research was conducted using a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. Participants were 61 students on college in G do(experimental group:29, control group:32) with voluntary participation and permission from students. The Empowerment program was provided for 4weeks(8 sessions). All Data analyzed general characteristics, self-efficacy, interpersonal relationships and satisfaction using the t-test with the SPSS/WIN21.0 program. Results show that the empowerment program for nursing students on college were significantly better for improving self-efficacy and satisfaction. in experimental group compared to the control group. Therefore, application effectiveness of empowerment program was suitable interventional strategy for improving self-efficacy and satisfaction and significantly expansion of nursing intervention.
