건강사정실습 교육에서 성찰일지 작성이 간호대학생의 메타인지, 학습몰입 및 셀프리더십에 미치는 효과
Effects of Writing Reflective Journal on Meta-Cognition, Learning Flow and Self Readership of Nursing Students in Health Assessment Skills Course

본 연구는 건강사정실습 수업에서 성찰일지 작성이 간호대학생의 메타인지, 학습몰입, 셀프리더십에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위한 단일군 전후설계이다. 연구대상은 G시 소재 대학교 간호대학생 95명을 대상으로 성찰일지 작성 전 자료수집은 2017년 8월 28일부터 9월 1일까지, 성찰일지 작성 후 자료수집 은 2017년 12월 15일부터 12월 22일까지 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관계수로 분석하였다. 연구결과 성찰일지 작성 전보다 성찰 일지 작성 후에 메타인지, 셀프리더십이 유의하게 높게 나타났고, 학습몰입은 높게 나타났으나 통계적으로 유의하지는 않았다. 메타인지는 학습몰입, 셀프리더십과 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였고, 학습몰입은 셀프리더십과 유의한 정적상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타나 메타인지와 셀프리더십이 높을수록 학습몰입이 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 메타인지와 셀프리더십을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육프로그램 개발과 활용을 제언한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the reflection journal on nursing students' meta-cognition, learning flow, and self-leadership in the health assessment skills course. The subjects of this study were 95 nursing college students from G city. The data collection before the reflection journal is from August 28 to September 1, 2017, after the reflection journal is made, from December 15, 22 days. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient using SPSS 21.0program. The meta-cognition and self-leadership were significantly higher. Meta- cognition showed a significant positive correlation with learning flow and self-leadership, and learning flow had a significant positive correlation with self-leadership. Meta-cognition and self-leadership showed higher learning flow. Therefore, it suggests the development and application of the education program that can improve the meta-cognition and self-leadership.
