동영상요법이 정맥주사 시 학령전기 아동의 통증반응과 처치에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 동영상요법이 정맥주사 시 아동의 통증반응과 정맥주사 처치에 미치는 효과를 알아보기위한 비동등성 대조군 전 · 후 설계의 유사실험 연구이다. 연구 대상자는 부산지역의 일개 병원에 호흡기계감염으로 입원한 아동을 대상으로 동영상요법을 정맥주사를 시행하고 고정하기까지 반복적으로 제공한 실험군 36명과 중재를 하지 않은 대조군 36명이었다. 자료수집은 2017년 9월 1일부터 11월31일까지이며 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 WIN 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 동영상요법은입원아동의 안면통증 반응(t=-4.922, p<.001), 통증행동 반응(t=-5.583, p<.001), 정맥주사 시도횟수(t=-2.302, p=.024)를 감소시키는 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 이상의 결과로 동영상요법은 입원아동의정맥주사 삽입 시 통증을 완화시키고 간호사의 정맥주사 처치에 효율적인 중재이므로 임상현장에서많이 활용할 것을 권장한다.
Abstract
This paper was to identify the effects of video therapy on preschool children’s pain and intravenous treatment during venipuncture. A quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group pre-test and post-test design was used. The 72 subjects were divided into 2 groups. Video therapy was applied to experimental group(n=36), and no application was given to the control group(n=36). The data was collected from September 1 to November 31 in 2017. Data were analyzed with chi-square test and t-test using SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Face pain rating scale(t=-4.922, p<.001), procedure behavior check list(t=-5.583, p<.001), and trial injection(t=-2.302, p=.024) were found to decrease significantly in the treatment group. These results suggest that video therapy was effective in reducing the children’s injection pain and nursing care time.
