고위험 임부 대상 모바일 기반 건강관리 교육프로그램 개발

본 연구는 고위험 임부의 건강관리를 위한 교육프로그램을 모바일로 개발하였다. 본 연구의 프로그램 개발은 ADDIE 모형을 따라 분석, 설계, 개발, 실행, 평가의 5단계 과정으로 진행하였다. 분석단계에서 고위험 임부 12명에게 교육요구도 조사를 위한 면담을 시행하였다. 이후 문헌고찰과 전문가 집단 면담을 통해 교육프로그램 내용과 어플리케이션 컨텐츠를 선정하였다. 실행단계에서 전문가 10명, 고위험 임산부 5명에게 개발된 고위험 임산부를 위한 임신건강관리 어플리케이션을 일주간 사용 후 사전 평가를 실시하여 최종 프로그램을 확정하였다. 최종 개발된 애플리케이션을 고위험 임산부 15명에게 2주간 사용한 연구결과 어플리케이션 사용자 만족도에서는 5점 만점에서 4.14점으로 나타났으며, 시스템의 질은 3.71점, 정보의 질은 4.21점, 서비스의 질은 4.17점, 활용 만족도는 4.44점으로 고위험 임부에게 도움이 되는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 고위험 임부를 대상으로 본 연구에서 개발된 어플리케이션을 지속적으로 이용하여 임신관련 지식, 임신건강관리 자기 효능감, 임신건강 관리 실천과 관련된 효과를 입증하는 추후 연구가 필요하다.
Abstract
This study was conducted to develop a mobile pregnancy heath care educational program for mothers who were at an high risk pregnancy status. This program was developed using a ADDIE process of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In the analysis phase, interviews were conducted on over 12 high risk mothers. Moreover, related applications and literatures were reviewed to develop application contents, For the implementation phase, the pre survey was conducted on 10 experts and 5 mothers who were at an high risk pregnancy status using a smartphone application for 1 week and determined application. The total satisfaction of high risk mothers showed 4.14 out of 5 and sub categories were as followed; quality of system 3.71, quality of information 4.21, quality of service 4.17, and satisfaction 4.44. We determined that a mobile application for high risk pregnancy educational program that is helpful. Therefore, a future study is necessary to test and verify the effects of using this application on high risk pregnancy knowledge, self efficacy, and action change.
