본 연구는 2016년 국민건강영양조사 자료를 바탕으로 당뇨병 환자들의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여 중재 개발의 바탕을 마련하기 위한 서술적 조사 2차 분석 연구이다. 전체 원시자료에서 본 연구의 주개념으로 선택한 자료의 값이 결측값인 경우 그 자료를 제거한 후 남은 575명의 자료를 이용하여 분석하였다. 자료 분석방법은 SPSS WIN 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 상관관계 분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과 당뇨병 환자들의 삶의 질과 상관관계가 있는 변수는 성별(p<.001), 나이(p<.001), 소득분위(p<.001), 교육(p<.001), 주관적 건강상태(p<.001), PHQ-9(p<.001), 만성질환수(p<.001)와 상관관계가 있었다. 당뇨병 환자들의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 나이(β=-0.160), 소득분위(β=0.082), 주관적 건강상태(β=-0.261), PHQ-9(β=-0.281), 만성질환수(β=-0.154)로 나타났으며 이러한 변수는 당뇨병 환자들의 삶의 질을 36.2% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 당뇨병 환자들의 삶의 질을 향상을 위한 간호중재 프로그램의 개발과 적용에 활용하기를 기대한다.
Abstract
This study is a descriptive and secondary analysis study to identify the factors influencing the quality of life of diabetic patients based on the 2016 National Health and Nutrition Survey data. If the value of the data selected as the main concept of the study is out of all the raw data, the data are analyzed and analyzed using the remaining 575 data. Data analysis method was descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS WIN 20.0 program. Gender (p<.001), age (p<.001), income (p <.001), education(p<.001), subjective health status (p<.001), PHQ-9 (p<.001), and the number of chronic diseases (p<.001) were significantly correlated with the quality of life of diabetic patients. Factors influencing quality of life of diabetic patients include age(β=-0.160), income(β=0.082), subjective health status (β=-0.261), PHQ-9(β=-0.281), the number of chronic diseases (β=-0.154). These variables accounted for 36.2% of high school students obesity.
