자궁경하 근종 제거술 304예에 관한 고찰

초록

=목적 : 자궁경하 근종 제거술의 적응증의 범위를 넓히고자 한다.연구 방법 : 2001년 2월 5일과 2005년 3월 31일 사이에 본원에서 자궁경하 근종 제거술을 시행 받은 304명의 환자 자료를 분석하였다.결과 : 근종의 크기는 평균 3.5 cm, 평균 수술 시간은 47분, 확장 매체의 유입량과 유출량의 차이는 평균 193 cc, 확장 매체로 유리온 용액과 생리 식염수를 사용하였으며, 평균 입원 기간은 4.9일, 수술 전후 혈색소치 변화는 평균 1.5 g/dL, 술 후 합병증이 발생한 경우는 총 14건이 있었으며 자궁 천공 (n=8), 저나트륨혈증 (n=2), 폐부종 (n=2), 지연 출혈 (n=2) 등이 있었다.
