초록

=여성생식기의 다발성 원발성 악성종양은 난소암과 자궁내막암에서 가장 높은 발생률을 나타내며, 자궁경부암은 여성 생식기 및 여성 생식기외 기관의 암과 다양하게 동반되어 나타나고 있다. 이 중 자궁경부암과 자궁내막암이 동반된 경우는 극히 드물다. 저자들은 자궁경부암과 동시에 존재하는 자궁내막암 1예를 경험하였기에 간단한 문헌 고찰과 함께 이를 보고하는 바이다.
