자궁경부의 원발성 Signet Ring Cell Adenocarcinoma 1예

=Signet ring cell adenocarcinoma는 대부분 위장관계에서 발생하며 여성생식기로 전이된 경우는 드물며, 여성생식기로 전이되는 경우는 난소가 가장 빈번하다. Signet ring cell adenocarcinoma가 자궁경부로 전이되어 발생하는 경우는 극히 드물며, 전이성이 아닌 원발성으로 자궁경부에 발생하는 signet ring cell adenocarcinoma는 더욱 희귀하다. 원발성으로 발생한 경우가 전이성보다 치료와 예후면에서 좋은 결과를 기대할 수 있어 감별이 중요하다. 본 저자들은 최근 49세 여성에서 원발성으로 자궁경부에서 발생한 것으로 사료되는 signet ring cell adenocarcinoma 로 진단된 1예를 경험하였기에 간단한 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
