=경막외마취는 통증조절을 위한 목적으로 널리 사용되고 있는 마취방법이다.경막외마취의 합병증으로 흔하지는 않지만 카테터가 꼬이거나 매듭지어지거나 절단되는 경우가 있으며, 이러한 상황에서 적절한 대처방안을 찾지 못해 당황하는 경우가 많다.
