양측난관폐쇄 환자에서 시험관아기 시술 후 복벽 반흔에 발생한 복강임신 1예

=시험관아기 시술 후 발생한 복강임신은 자궁외임신의 매우 드문 형태로 조기 복강임신의 경우 특이증상이 없기 때문에 조기에 진단하고 치료하기란 쉽지 않은 것으로 알려져 왔다. 양측난관폐쇄가 확인된 환자에서 복강임신이 발생한 경우는 매우 드물며 또한 복강임신 중 복벽 반흔에 발생한 경우는 아직 보고된 바 없다. 본 저자들은 양측난관폐쇄로 시험관아기 시술을 시행한 후 발생한 복강임신 중 복벽 반흔에 발생한 자궁외임신을 간단한 문헌고찰과 함께 최초로 보고하는 바이다.
