자궁경부의 악성혼합뮐러종양 1예

=악성혼합뮐러종양은 성질이 다른 암종과 육종 두 가지 구성 성분으로 이루어졌으며 여성 생식기에서는 주로 자궁체부에서 발생하며 자궁경부에서의 발생 빈도는 매우 낮다. 자궁체부에 발생하는 경우 예후가 불량한 것으로 알려져 있으나 자궁경부에 발생한 경우 임상병리학적 특성과 치료에 대해서는 질환의 희귀성으로 정립되어 있지 않다. 본 저자들은 자궁경부에 발생한 악성뮐러종양을 1예 경험하여 이를 간단한 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
