On a Connection on Contact and Hypercontact Manifolds

Abstract
In this paper we investigate some geometric properties of the product connection due to I. Vaisman for a contact structure and hypercontact structure from the viewpoint of Riemannian foliation and rewrite some results about those structures in 1970's by using this connection.
