초록

In this paper we give a non-existence theorem for Hopf hypersurfaces M in complex two-plane Grassmannians G2(C^(m+2)) whose normal Jacobi operator R_N is parallel on the distribution F defined by F = [ξ]∪D^⊥, where[ξ] = Span{ξ}, D^⊥ = Span{ξ₁, ξ₂, ξ₃} and T_xM = D ⊕ D^⊥, x ∈ M.

Abstract

In this paper we give a non-existence theorem for Hopf hypersurfaces M in complex two-plane Grassmannians G2(C^(m+2)) whose normal Jacobi operator R_N is parallel on the distribution F defined by F = [ξ]∪D^⊥, where[ξ] = Span{ξ}, D^⊥ = Span{ξ₁, ξ₂, ξ₃} and T_xM = D ⊕ D^⊥, x ∈ M.
