On a Class of γ*-pre-open Sets in Topological Spaces

In this paper, a new class of opensets, namely γ*-pre-open sets was introduced and its basicproperties were studied. Moreover a new type of topology τγp* was generated using γ*-pre-open sets andcharacterized the resultant topological space (X, τγp*) as γ*-pre-T½ space.
