Abstract

The FDI of Chinese corporations to the North Korea which started in recent years has the characters of compensation trade and cooperation in pattern, with the corporations in the South as the lead, taking the China Korea border region as the medium and development of natural resources, manufacturing industry, circulation field as the center.The FDI of Chinese corporations to the North Korea will affect the economic recovery of the North Korea to a certain extent and play a positive role in promoting transformation of economic system in the North Korea.The FDI of Chinese corporations to the North Korea will meet various obstacles such as weak social basic facilities, low purchasing power, less developed market economy, obstacle from idea.Hereafter, in order to promote FDI of Chinese corporations to the North Korea successfully, active promotion of favorable international climate for the North Korea, opening up of the North Korea, preparation for legal and systematic device, deciding the strategy of FDI to the North Korea, correct selection of investment project and partners, research on present investment condition of other countries to the North Korea and trend in the future are raising as the political questions to study.
