김정일시대 주요 통치담론의 실천상 특징에 관한 고찰

Abstract

This study examines the practical fea-tures of the main discourse on the rule of the Kim Jong-il era. The main ideas, such as Bulguengi Sasang, Sungun Jungchi, and Kangsung Daeguk Theory, are prone to be practical and policy-oriented rather than mere-ly symbolical. These ideas also pose organic relationship in its role as an essential connection The practical characteristics of the control discourses show the comon traits that there was an altered use of pure ideology before practicing it and that law and regime have been systematically built in order to practice the discourse ideas.About the future prospects of the main control discourse, one can say that these will probably maintain their original forms but may change the degre of their emphasis depending on the internal expected to be inconspicuous for the time being since the North Korean regime is viewed not to be in the danger of colapse. However, Sungun Jungchi and Kangsung Daeguk Theory wil continue their emphasis due to their policy-oriented characteristics. In particular, frequent emphasis wil be placed on the Kangsung Daeguk Theory, as it is very closely related to North Koreas New Development S-trategy.
