Abstract

We This study was conducted for the purpose of analyzing the continued use value of the local media archive as a follow-up study on the need to build a media archive in the Jemulpo region that had been conducted for two years. Through prior research and data analysis, we analyzed the current status of small business owners and media archives, and conducted an empirical analysis of 326 questionnaires targeting residents living in Incheon City. The independent variable was composed of the spatial, continuous, and temporal perspectives of the media archive, and the continuous use value of the media archive was set as the dependent variable. The research model and research questions were presented by constructing the Jemulpo project festiphoto as a control variable. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the media archive is worth continuously using, and that the media archive will have a positive economic and social impact on the revitalization of the local economy and the succession of small business family businesses in the future. In particular, the Jemulpo Project festiphoto, which was carried out in the Jemulpo area, was found to serve as an important archive recording the history of the region. This study is meaningful in that it analyzed the value of continuous use from the perspective of family business succession as well as revitalizing the local economy.
