초록

본 연구는 사회복지학 전공 대학생들의 지적장애인의 지역사회생활 태도를 알아보기 위해 사회복지학 전공 4학년 240명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 지적장애인의 지역사회생활의 의미를 찾아보고 지역사회생활에 대한 사회복지학 전공 대학생의 태도는 어떠한지와 지적장애인의 지역사회생활에 대한 태도의 차이 그리고 태도에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 확인하고자 하였다. 본 연구결과, 첫째, 연구대상자들의 지적장애인의 지역사회생활 태도 하위개념인 권한부여(empowerment), 배제(exclusion), 보호(sheltering), 유사성(similarity) 중에서 배제(exclusion)가 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 연구대상자들의 일반적 특성과 지적장애인의 지역사회생활의 태도에서는 연령, 결혼상태, 봉사경험유무에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였으며, 셋째, 상관관계분석에서는 결혼상태, 봉사경험유무와 지역사회생활 태도 간에 높은 상관이 나타났으며, 넷째, 다중회귀분석에서는 연령, 결혼상태, 봉사경험유무가 지적장애인의 지역사회생활 태도에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 지역사회생활 태도 하위척도에서 지적장애인의 임파워먼트와 배제는 장애유무, 보호는 연령, 결혼상태, 봉사경험유무, 유사성은 성별, 연령, 결혼상태, 종교유무, 장애유무, 봉사경험유무가 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과 지적장애인의 지역사회생활에 대한 사회복지전공 대학생들의 긍정적인 태도 함양을 위해 다양한 현장체험학습과 봉사활동 활성화, 장애인에 대한 체계적인 교육을 통한 인식개선 등 예비사회복지사로써의 사회복지실천 역량강화가 필요함을 알 수 있다. 이처럼 본 연구결과는 장애인에 대한 이론적 이해뿐만 아니라 장애인에 대한 공감적 이해와 소통이 장애인의 사회통합에 영향을 주는 주요 변수임을 확인할 수 있는 결과로써 향후 사회복지 교육과 장애인복지정책의 방향성에 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

Abstract

This study Intellectual disabilities in community living for the social welfare of the students studied 240 people to see the attitude of the subjects were analyzed. The purpose of this study point out the meaning of living, the community of people with disabilities in community living for browsing and social welfare attitudes of university students majoring how and variables depending on the general characteristics of intellectual disabilities in community attitudes to bow and affect different was to examine whether the effect. The results of the study, First, the study of subjects with intellectual disabilities living in community attitudes sub-concept Empowerment, Exclusion, Sheltering, Similarity, Exclusion of similarity was the highest. Second, the general characteristics of the study subjects and intellectual attitudes of people with disabilities in community living, age, marital status, depending on whether service experience showed statistically significant differences, Third, correlation analysis, marital status, presence and community service experience correlation between attitude to living wes found, Fourth, in a multiple regression analysis, age, marital status, presence of experience serving the intellectual living of the disabled community to influence the attitude was positive. Fifth, Intellectual empowerment and exclusion of people with disabilities can be explained by the presence of the disorder, and the sheltering of age, marital status, volunteer experience can be explained by the presence and similarity, sex, age, marital status, religious affiliation, disability, volunteer experience can be explained by the presence was. Based on the results of such studies major social welfare in order to change the attitudes of university students experience a variety of learning and outreach site, enable systematic training for people with disabilities through the improvement of recognition of social work as a social worker spare capacity will require strengthening.
