Abstract
In the Pamr, the health card systom to integrate 엣veral cards into one card fur Protocting Patient 's priVacy and security problems 15 P10posed. FIIstly. it 15 defined the minimal data set for integrating several patient cal' ds into one card using IC card, and developed the issuing system to issue the integrated patient IC card. In order to secure and certificate a patient '5 pel' sonal Information, the integrated patient IC card has apPlied 3, DES and the PKI certificate authority based Windows 2000 15 established. The receipt and reservation system for taking care of a heaithcare has developed to cooperate with the existing hospital computer system. The integrating patient IC card system proposed in this paper 15 implemented to 11 hospital' and used for l, 000 patierlts. on the regult of the simulation, the proposed system can receive or leselve for a patient to tako care of healthcal' e in the simulated hospitals and also establish the basis of the mechanism to share a medical infbrmation.
