Abstract
MRI prㅇ vides anatomical structure information with stlP이· b spatial res0lutlon that can be utillzed in clinical sulgelies. Advanced image plocessing techniques in conjunctioTI with the MRI- guided sul· gely 15 expeCted to be of great importance in brain s따geries in the neal· futule. In this papol, we intloduce an image- guided sul· gcly technique using the stel· eo matching method. To p宖form image- guided biopsy opelㄱ tions, we made MRI mal, kels, camera malke13 and a dotection probe nlarkα ，. TO eValuate the accuracy of the image- guided system, wc made a silicone phantom. Using thc phantom and markers, we have performed MRI- guided expeliments with a 1. 5 Tosla MRI system. It has been velified from phantom expeliments that our system has a po繭tiomng 이To1 less than 1. 5% . Compared with othel image guided sulgely systems, oul· system shows better positioning accuracy.
