중재 매핑(Intervention Mapping)을 활용한 발달장애인의 도시형 스마트팜 엽채류 재배 직업재활 중재 프로그램 개발

초록

본 연구는 발달장애인이 도시형 스마트팜 분야에서 직무수행 필요한 기초 직무능력 습득 촉진과 숙련도 향상을 위한 효율적인 직업재활 중재 프로그램을 제시하기 위해 중재 매핑(IM)을 사용하여 도시형 스마트팜 엽채류 재배 직업재활 중재 프로그램을 개발하였다. 발달장애인을 위한 도시형 스마트팜 엽채류 재배 중재 프로그램 개발은 2023년 5월부터 11월까지 진행하였으며, 중재 매핑(IM)의 1~4단계를 통해 발달장애인을 위한 도시형 스마트팜 엽채류 재배 직업재활 프로그램을 개발하였다. 또한, 5단계와 6단계를 통해 중재 프로그램의 효과를 알아보기 위한 연구 방법을 계획하였다. 그 결과, 18개의 변화목표(CO)에 따른 20회기의 중재 프로그램이 개발되었고, 이에 대한 효과 검증을 위한 양적·질적 연구 방법이 계획되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 결론 및 과제를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 환경적 요인을 고려한 추가적인 연구를 제안한다. 둘째, 도시형 스마트팜에 초점을 둔 발달장애인의 직업재활을 위한 이론과 모델이 개발되어야 한다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서 개발한 도시형 스마트팜 엽채류 재배 직업재활 중재 프로그램을 활용하여 발달장애인뿐만 아니라 노인과 신체적·정신적 장애인 등 다양한 계층에 적용을 제안한다.

Abstract

This study developed an urban smart farm leafy vegetables cultivation vocational rehabilitation intervention program using intervention mapping (IM) to present an efficient vocational rehabilitation intervention program to promote basic job skills acquisition and improve skills required for the developmentally disabled in the urban smart farm field. The development of an urban smart farm leafy vegetable cultivation intervention program for the developmentally disabled was conducted from May to November 2023; furthermore, an urban smart farm leafy vegetable cultivation vocational rehabilitation program for the developmentally disabled was developed through steps 1 to 4 of intervention mapping (IM). In addition, a research method was planned to determine the effectiveness of the intervention program through steps 5 and 6. As a result, 20 intervention programs according to 18 change goals (COs) were developed, and quantitative and qualitative research methods were planned to verify their effectiveness. Based on the results of this study, conclusions and tasks are presented as follows. First, we propose additional research considering environmental factors. Second, theories and models for vocational rehabilitation of people with developmental disabilities focusing on urban smart farms should be developed. Finally, using the urban smart farm leaf vegetable cultivation vocational rehabilitation intervention program developed in this study, it is proposed to be applied to various classes-including not only the developmentally disabled, but also elderly and the physically and mentally disabled.
