병원체 검출을 위한 다중 분자유전검사의 검정 권고안

새로운 분자진단 검사를 도입할 때에는 검정을 통해 검사자의특정 요구 사항을 충족한다는 객관적인 증거를 제시할 필요가 있다. 다중 핵산 분석은 두 개 이상의 대상을 동시에 검출하므로 더복잡한 검정 과정이 요구된다. 저자들은 병원체 검출을 위한 다중핵산 분석을 검정할 때 도움이 될 수 있는 권장사항을 제공하고자한다.
Abstract
Verification of a new molecular test is needed to provide objective evidence that it meets specific requirements when performed by a laboratory technician. A multiple nucleic acid assay requires a more complex process because it simultaneously detects two or more targets. We provide useful recommendations for the verification of the multiple nucleic acid assay to detect pathogens.
