WHI 연구와 호르몬 대체요법의 최근 권고지침

초록

2002년 WHI (Women‘s health initiative)연구 결과가 발표된 후 호르몬 대체요법에 대한 권고지침은 FDA를 근간으로 만성질환 예방을 위해 사용하지 말라는 부정적인 의견이 주류였다. 이후 에스트로겐 단독 요법결과와 세부 분석결과가 속속 발표되면서 최근 권고지침은 학회별로 약간 상반된 결과를 보인다. 이 글에서는 WHI 연구를 종합적으로 요약하고 최근 권고지침을 학회별로 비교 검토하고자 한다
