초록
The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of influence among risk perception, emotional response and behavioral intention resulting from the occurrence of COVID-19. To this end, the survey was conducted online, and the effective samples of 307 copies were analyzed. According to research, socio-cultural·functional tourism risk perception affects positive emotional responses. Second, it was shown that the socio-cultural·functional·temporal tourism risk perception did not affect negative emotional responses and behavioral intention, and thirdly, positive emotional responses showed significant effects on behavioral intention. Based on these findings, this study found that compensation psychology through tourism is inherent as Corona 19's prolonged life pattern changes and continues to be exposed to dangerous situations. Therefore, it is necessary to find ways to implement differentiated marketing that can stimulate positive emotional reactions of people and minimize negative emotional responses in line with the tourism trend of post-corna era. In particular, in the post-corona era, individual tourists' desire for safety comes first, so it is necessary to expand non-face-to-face marketing through digital environment improvement by designating Untouch tourist attractions and Wellness tourist attractions that link nature, health and healing industries.
