This study was conducted to derive an activation plan from the perspective of the tourism industry for the 'workation' as one of the trends after Covid-19. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, an opinion survey was conducted on business executives and personnel managers who are directly related to the activation of the workation. As a result, it was analyzed that corporate officials still lacked awareness of the workation. On the other hand, it was found that adopting the workation program was positive compared to the perception. Also, the company thought that a workation period of less than two weeks was most appropriate, and preferred accommodation facilities were resorts/condominums and hotels while ensuring the autonomy of employee selection. In addition, the importance of work infrastructure and the total cost was the highest as the workation selection attribute.
