비대면 온라인 전공 수업에서의 교수-학생 상호작용과 수업만족도 및 학습성과 간의 구조적 관계 분석

The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between professor-student interaction, class satisfaction, and learning outcomes in non-face-to-face online major classes. To this end, a survey was conducted on college and university students majoring in aviation service, and 339 effective response data among 400 data who responded to the survey were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 as follows. First, the interaction between professors and students in non-face-to-face online major classes affects class satisfaction and learning outcomes. Second, class satisfaction with non-face-to-face online major classes affects learning outcomes. Third, it was found that class satisfaction mediated the relationship between professor-student interaction and learning outcomes in non-face-to-face online major classes, suggesting that the higher the class satisfaction in non-face-to-face major classes, the better the learning outcomes could be. Accordingly, it can be said that it is important to improve service quality through theory and practice for the major competencies and qualities of the aviation service department. Therefore, instructors should prepare for learning motivation and effective learning management measures by the formation of positive relationships with students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between professor-student interaction, class satisfaction, and learning outcomes in non-face-to-face online major classes.
