변혁적 리더십과 거래적 리더십이 호텔 종업원의 탐험적 행동과 활용적 행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Abstract

To examine the effects of the transformatinal leadership and transactional leadership on hotel employees’ exploitation activities and exploration activities and to test the combined effects of the two leaderships, hypothesis were proposed based on literature study. empirical analysis using 344 samples. The results of this study as follows; 1) both of transformational leadership and transactional leadership has positive effect on exploitation activities and exploration activities, 2) the ß value of transformational leadership on exploration activity is relatively high than transactional leadership while the ß value of transactional leadership on explitation activity is relatively high than transformational leadership, 3) combined impact of the two leaderships shows augment effect on both of exploitation activities and exploration activities. Taking the rapid change of environment as granted hotels should make their employees explore and exploit. Transformational leadership and tranactional leadership can increase exploration and exploitation activities independently and jointly.
