일본의 담보법제의 개정

Abstract

Many legislative activities are on going for the purpose of reforming the justice system in Japan. One of them is an amendment to security law involved in the Japanese Civil Code which I will introduce here. No such a huge revision of the Japanese Civil Code has happened since its enactment. Assertion that claims necessity of an amendment to the Japanese Civil Code, however, has arisen in complicated and diversified Japanese society recently. Remedies of individual rights due to an efficient execution of estates and activated national economy is the main goals of recent revision of the Japanese Civil Code. In this article, I comment on revised Japanese security law in order of its text number.
