초록
Co(NO3)2․6H2O aqueous solution and sodium hydroxide were used to synthesize cobaltoxide (Co3O4) particles by precipitation method. The precipitated precursor was calcined at atemperature of 400 to 900°C to obtain cobalt oxide particles having a particle size of 100 to 500nm. The crystallization process and morphology according to the calcination temperature wereexamined. The properties of the synthesized powder were evaluated using SEM, EDS and XRD. Asa result of XRD diffraction and EDS analysis of the prepared powder, it was confirmed thatCo3O4 is synthesized. As a result of heat treatment of the powder to 800°C, it was confirmed thatcrystal growth of cobalt oxide continues to occur.
