The reason safety accidents at construction sites do not significantly decrease is mainly attributed to the lack of safety awareness among various construction project stakeholders, including owners, designers, contractors, supervisors, and workers. Construction safety-related institutions and companies are actively working to enhance workers' safety awareness. Safety inspections are necessary to verify the proper implementation of these efforts at the construction site. This study proposes improvement measures by analyzing the current status of regular safety inspections conducted to ensure the safety of workers. Issues and potential improvements were identified through analyzing case studies from regular safety inspections. Subsequently, a questionnaire was developed based on these findings and administered to practitioners across different fields. Regarding safety inspection challenges and report enhancements, measures for improving regular safety inspections were suggested based on the analysis of the questionnaire.
