Abstract
Psychoanalysis that was the great vein of psychical cure in 1900s put its emphasis on the course of understanding unobserved unconsciousness of human and ritualize it. However, this psychoanalytic psychical cure reached to its limit and body-oriented psychical cure was generated. The creation of body-oriented psychical cure is firstly from the development of psychoanalysis and secondly from the reform drive of gymnastics and dance in the early stage of 20th century. Body-oriented psychical cure starting from these two development streams is to use body to change and keep the mental state of human. It constitutes customized and automatized movement newly, and analyze the cause of difficulties in performing it from the psychoanalytic aspect. Also, it is body-oriented psychical cure to overcome problem and keep the physical stage by recognizing this course. In this study, various cure technique of body-oriented psychical cure, which is approved the importance and excellence as psychosomatic medicine develops, is classified and the development is classified and studied through documentary records. Through this study, at this point that is confusing stage of lots of cure technique derived from the understanding method of interaction between body and mentality, basic data is provided to systemize body-oriented psychical cure and clarify the meaning.
