The purpose of this study is to develop the articulated teaching system based on CBI(Contents Based Instruction) and to examine the effects how this system improves practical sports English ability. This study yielded the following results. First, applying CBI to teaching system helped students to participate and have interest in class. Second, applying subjects articulated teaching system improved learning efficiency of sports English course. Third, field articulated teaching system helped students to gain confidence. Last, On·off articulated teaching system improved English listening and speaking ability of students.
