무용치료의 대중화를 위한 인식현황 및 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

The purpose of this paper is to understand the public's perception of dance therapy and to present a plan to activate dance therapy. Literature research and empirical research were conducted for the study, and poten- tial clients without expertise in dance therapy were selected as the pop- ulation, and a 42-day online and face-to-face survey was conducted for the general public in their teens to 60s, and a total of 402 questionnaires were finally collected. For data processing, validity analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, and technical statistics analysis were con- ducted using SPSS PC Statistics Package Program 20.0. The validity and reliability of the study were found to be significant, and in most previous studies, dance therapy remained at the level of recognition that it was applied only to specific subjects (children with disabilities, patients, etc.), but in this study, dance therapy could be applied to anyone. In addition, dance therapy has expertise and is positive for physical and psychological effects. The results derived from this paper are considered to be suffi- ciently used as basic data for research in related fields and contribute to academic development.
