초록
Dural arteriovenous fistula (DAVF) have been treated by transarterial or transvenous embolization, surgery, and radiosurgery. Besides these treatment options, the external compressiontechnique is a non-invasive, low-cost form of treatment. This article reports that a60-year-old man with DAVF between multiple arterial branches and transverse/sigmoid sinuswas treated by repeated external manual compression method.
