본 연구에서는 자동차의 주요 부품인 터보차저의 재제조로 인한 경제적 효과를 분석하였으며, 경제적 효과 분석방법은 비용 절감 효과 분석방법을 이용하였다. 절감비용은 생산업체, 사용업체, 폐기업체인 재활용업체의 수익을 고려하였다. 연구결과, 1대 기준의 신품 터보차저 생산으로 인한수익은 228,492 원이며, 1대 기준의 터보차저 재제조품 생산으로 인한 수익은 315,051원으로 나타났다. 신품 대비 터보차저 1대 기준 재제조로 인한 수익은 86,559원으로, 27.5%가 개선되는 것으로나타났다. 본 연구결과는 터보차저 재제조를 활성화하고, 재제조 사업을 육성하기 위한 정책 결정자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.
Abstract
In this study, the economic effects of reduction in the cost of remanufacturing turbochargers, a major component of automobiles, were analyzed. The result showed that the earnings from producing a new turbocharger were 228,492 won and those from remanufacturing a turbocharger were 315,051 won. The earnings based on one remanufactured turbocharger compared with a new turbocharger were 86,559 won and increased by 27.5%. By analyzing the cost reduction effect of remanufacturing turbochargers, the profit structure of the turbocharger remanufacturing business can be identified. It is significant in that it provides insights for improving the profit structure of remanufacturing major components through remanufacturing technology development, process improvement, and the sales price of remanufactured products. It is expected to be used as data to improve the profit structure of turbocharger remanufacturing and foster the remanufacturing business.
