대-중소 물류기업 간 얼라이언스 기반 해외진출 전략

본 연구에서는, 첫째, 얼라이언스에 대한 선행연구, 사례연구를 종합하여 물류산업 얼라이언스의 개념적 모델을 도출하였다. 둘째, 국내기업들을 위한 대표적인 이머징마켓인 베트남, 인도네시아, 태국에 대한 경제 및 산업 환경 분석, 물류환경 분석, 화주산업 분석, 화주 및 물류기업 대상 설문조사, 현지의 기관 및 진출 기업 방문조사 등을 종합하여, 진출지역, 진출산업, 진출사업의 특성별로, 화주-물류대기업-물류중소기업 간 해외시장 동반진출 얼라이언스 모델을 도출하였다. 셋째, 각 얼라이언스 모델의 핵심성공요인, 위험요인, 주요 전략대안, 그리고 각 이해관계자별 얼라이언스 활성화 방안을 도출하였다. 이를 통해, 각 국가별로 진출 시에 적합한 얼라이언스 모형이 도출되어, 이를 토대로 향후 기업들이 해당 국가에 진출하는 경우에 참조할 수 있는 모형을 제시하였다는 것에 의의가 있다고 하겠다.
Abstract
This paper develops conceptual logistics alliance models through literature review and case studies. And it analyzes economic, industrial and logistics environments of Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand and problems and successes of Korean manufacturers, retailers and logistics firms in those countries through literature review, questionnaire analysis, interviews and case studies. Based on such analyses, the business models and strategies for global alliance among shippers, large LLPs and logistics SMEs are developed.
