Abstract
This study proposes the information system design of an eco-friendly logistics support project promoted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport as part of the green logistics policy. To this end, stakeholders are analyzed based on the design science research methodology, the system users are designated, the business process analysis methodology is applied to analyze the process subject through Subject Oriented Business Process Management (S-BPM), and the process is analyzed using the Business Process Management Notice (BPMN). The budget was selected by applying function point based on the composition of the database design and the design of the system interface with a limited budget. The information system was designed by defining data and process flows and additionally mentioning the introduction of functions for linking vehicle and business information through public data. After that, a plan to implement an improved process with BPMN was suggested. This study is expected to be used as a reference for computerization of work processes, improvement directions for efficient management systems, and work knowledge.
