향어, Cyprinus carpio [Linnaeus]의 체장에 따른 심전도를 구명하기 위하여, 어체내에 전극을 삼입하여 3가지 체장 범위 (10～15, 15～20, 20～25cm)에서의 심전도를 주간과 야간으로 구분하여, 16～18℃ 수온에서 30분간 조사한 심박수와 생체 전위를 마취상태와 안정상태로 구분비교 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 체장이 10～15cm인 경우, 마비상태(0～9분)에서의 평균심박수는 주간에 43.4beat/min, 야간에 45.9 beat/min였고, 평균생체전위는 주간에 4.38μV, 야간에 3.64μV로 나타났으며, 안정상태 (9～30분)에서의 평균심박수는 주간에 69.4beat/min, 야간에 67.4 beat/min였고, 평균생체전위는 주간에 3.82μV, 야간에 3.50μV로 나타났다. 2. 체장이 15～20cm인 경우, 마비상태(0～5분)에서의 평균심박수는 주간에 42.2beat/min, 야간에 45.4beat/min였고, 평균생체전위는 주간에 4.13μV, 야간에 3.95μV로 나타났으며, 안정상태(5～30분)에서의 평균심박수는 주간에 67.6beat/min, 야간에 65.3 beat/min였고, 평균생체전위는 주간에 4.58μV, 야간에 4.61μV로 나타났다. 3. 체장이 20～25cm인 경우, 마비상태(0～4분)에서의 평균심박수는 주간에 47.5 beat/min, 야간에 47.5 beat/min였고, 평균생체전위는 주간에 4.81μV, 야간에 4.20μV로 나타났으며, 안정상태(4～30분)에서의 평균심박수는 주간에 67.5 beat/min, 야간에 64.8 beat/min였고, 평균생체전위는 주간에 5.31μV, 야간에 4.90μV로 나타났다.
Abstract
The authors examined the response of electrocardiogram (ECG) to Mirror carp, Cyprinus carpio of body length. The experiments were performed of three classes (10～15, 15～20 and 20～25cm) were given to fishes with an electrode inserted into their bodies and then their ECGs were recorded continuously for 30 minutes in 16～18℃. The results which are divided into by day and by night and then analyzed by fishes' conditions are as follows; 1. In case of body length 10～15cm, the average heart rate 43.4 beat/min by day and 45.9 beat/min by night, the average action potential 4.38μV by day and 3.64μV by night, in narcotism condition (0～9min). The average heart rate 69.4 beat/min by day and 67.4 beat/min by night, the average action potential 3.82μV by day and 3.50μV by night, in stable condition (9～30 min). 2. In case of body length 15～20cm, the average heart rate 42.2 beat/min by day and 45.4 beat/min by night, the average action potential 4.13μV by day and 3.95μV by night, in narcotism condition (0～5min). The average heart rate 67.6beat/min by day and 65.3 beat/min by night, the average action potential 4.58μV by day and 4.61μV by night, in stable condition (5～30min). 3. In case of body length 20～25cm, the average heart rate 47.5 beat/min by day and 47.5 beat/min by night, the average action potential 4.81μV by day and 4.20μV by night, in narcotism condition (0～4min). The average heart rate 67.5 beat/min by day and 64.8 beat/min by night, the average action potential 5.31μV by day and 4.90μV by night, in stable condition (4～30min).
