주거지역의 범죄 및 범죄 불안감 예방을 위한 실내외 주거환경 계획지표 도출에 관한 기초연구

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to embody the planning index of residence environment and to lead the related details for the prevention of criminals and its uneasiness by reviewing the precedent studies. The objects of this study are the precedent studies related with prevention of criminals and its uneasiness at the residential area in Korea. The methods of this study are, firstly, to analyze the frequency and classify the planning index for residence environment, which is to prevent the criminals and its uneasiness, into independent variable index or subordinate variable index, and secondly, to classify and embody each index by factor analysis. As the results of the study, the following conclusions are drawn. First, the characteristics of analysis of the study for the prevention of criminals and uneasiness can be classified into 'Characteristics of construction plan', 'Characteristics of psychological behavior', 'Characteristics of maintenance and management', and 'Characteristics of social demography'. Both 'Characteristics of construction plan' and 'Characteristics of psychological behavior' are the main factors. As the plan index of the residence environment for the prevention of the criminals and uneasiness at local area, the independent variables can be classified into 12 types. On the other hand, as the subordinate variables, they can be classified into 6 factors, such as interchange, regulation, criminals, psychology, experiences etc.. Overall, in the setting of plan index of residence area for the prevention of criminals and uneasiness at the local area, the physical features of the construction space and psychological features of the residents should be considered simultaneously.
